Thank you for your response. He has been divorced for over a year now fro his second wife. He has been Married twice. The first time for 9 years the second for 2 and he says that was a mistake that was rushed into sounds like it only lasted a couple of unhappy years. As we talked and texted I understood he had just ended a relationship that sounds like went on for 5 weeks rather intense and that one minute he and this woman were telling each other they loved each other and the next, she stopped contacting him. I hadn't realized this, and thought he was talking about one of his ex wives. Once I understood it was a recent relationship I asked him if he thought he needed to contact her, that if they were telling each other they loved each other that soon into a relationship (5 weeks) that maybe there was more there and he should make sure he didn't miss out on something he would regret later. He said she lied to him and he would never trust her,that he deleted her contact info and had no interest in gettig back with her. He said she texted him once wanting to see him and he told her no. It sounds like it had only been over about 3 weeks before we met. This is what makes me wonder if he went back to her or what. He was coming on so strong and it is almost as if once I reciprocated, he got scared. Or maybe I was just amusement as he got over her. I believe he never has had a good relationship or a good woman for that matter. Maybe he didn't believe I was real because I am very different then most woman and loyal and loving to a fault. Yes, it is very possible I will run into him again, and no, I will not contact him, but I'm so bummed and miss him terribly. I wonder if I cross his mind or if it truly is that easy for him to just shut off what was pretty intense I believe for both of us.
